Location was excellent for my trip, just a short walk from terminal to hotel. Staff were all very pleasant, food (breakfast and dinner) was excellent, room was clean and tidy, and no noise from outside. (Only noise I heard was from other guests in the corridor outside my room). The view was very pleasant, lots of greenery, considering the location close to the airport. And they also provided free coffee, sandwiches and fruit, for the early morning start to catch my flight home. I only took the coffee. (They also had oat milk readily available, which is my preference). They also booked my taxi for my journey during my stay and it was ready and waiting for me on time.

I stayed for one night with my three children. got bigger room than expected. even a baby bed was prepared without me even asking :) very nice surprise. thank you for that. dinner was excellent. service at the restaurant very friednly even though my children are not so quiet :) Kids had breakfest for free. what a nice policy for families. and the buffet...superb. very nice atmosphere and kindness all around. I felt very comfortable during our stay and very grateful that the airport was a walking distance. Made a huge difference for the evening check in and early flight. and thank you for the parking underneath!!! comfortable and inexpensive. and close by :)

Proximity to the airport couldn't be better - one can walk directly to the terminal for access to airlines and the "S-Bahn" train to the main station in the city. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet and restaurant food were all excellent. The Front Desk staff were most accommodating, in particular Frau A. Vosseler who took time to assist me in the business center with computer issues. High marks!

The lobby is beautiful. Such a pretty hotel. The family room is spacious, so much room to spread out and relax. It was nice to have a tub in the bathroom. We really enjoyed the pool, it's clean and in great condition, and room for relaxing, playing, and swimming laps. The breakfast selection was great. We enjoyed watching airplanes from the room window.
